Sales and Returns Policy – Bewolk Industries
At Bewolk Industries, we value our retail partners and customers. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following policy applies to all sales and returns:
- Warranty on Defective Products
- All products carry a 30-day exchange warranty against manufacturing defects, within reasonable circumstances.
- Defective items will be honoured via credit allocated to the store’s next purchase from Bewolk Industries.
- Credits are subject to inspection and approval.
- Stock Protection
- No stock protection is offered. It remains the responsibility of the store to manage sales performance and markdowns of unsold products.
- Bewolk Industries may, at its discretion, provide assistance or guidance in this regard if deemed reasonable.
- Damaged Goods
- Stores are responsible for managing damaged goods in accordance with their own warranty procedures.
- Should such procedures fall outside of Bewolk Industries’ standards, we reserve the right to refuse credit for damages claimed.
- Device Testing
- All electronic or functional devices must be tested in-store prior to the customer leaving with the product.
- Once tested and accepted, responsibility for proper use and handling transfers to the store and customer.
- Disclaimer
- Bewolk Industries reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw this Sales and Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice.
- Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing by Bewolk Industries.
